Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning and coordinating construction activities.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Track project progress and update project timelines.
- Coordinate and attend project meetings, documenting and distributing meeting minutes.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, procurement, and contract management.
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in project management.
- Experience with industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.

- Handle real estate disputes and litigation if applicable.
